Overview

This series of products have NOMEX insulation system of DuPont Company, whose thermal rating is H. It is characterized by safety, reliability, energy conservation, environmental protection, fire and explosion prevention and simple maintenance. Its partial discharge, loss, noise and other performance indicators are superior to domestic standards. It is applicable to installation at humid environment and places with high fire prevention and large load requirements.

  • Structural features
    • The unique insulation structure is made of Level H high strength insulation cylinder and cushion block without deformation.
    • High/low-voltage coil is made of NOMEX paper enwrapped with flat copper wire and imported copper foil; it is immersed into Level H insulation paint with special ingredient in VPI vacuum pressure booster and is baked and consolidated for numerous times. The high-voltage coil is in the continuous structure with high mechanical strength and excellent heat radiation conditions.
    • The terminal of lead-out wire is fixed in the upper part of winding; branch joint is fixed in the middle of winding; low-voltage lead terminal belongs to board type conductive busbar which is welded by argon arc.
    • The iron core is overlapped by high-quality imported cold rolling grain-oriented electrical steel; it is in 45 ° inclined jointing structure; the flexible fixation unit is collocated between the winding and iron core so that transformer enjoys a rather low idling consumption and noise.
    • The surface of iron core is treated by a special process. The iron core is clamped by pull screw rod properly; the upper and lower clamping components are connected by the pull board and fixed with base as a whole; the winding is fixed by flexible cushion block; the buffer structure can alleviate the winding vibration and reduce noise.

    Peformance
    • Good heat dissipation, long service life, strong operation capacity exceeding the nameplate rating, long-term operation exceeding the nameplate rating at 120% rated capacity. IP45 can operate in a long term under full load in condition of forced air cooling;
    • Extremely high safety and fire resistance, without smoke when burning for a long period under 800℃ ;
    • Extremely strong thermal shock resistance (full load immediately under -50℃ );
    • 100% watertight sealing, excellent water resistance and moisture resistance;
    • Unique coil structure and intense field calculation to allow the product nearly to be free from partial discharge;
    • Low loss and significant energy-saving effect;
    • After service life, the insulating materials and copper wires can be separated easily for recycling and without environmental pollution.
